If you are in the UK, you can select the Click & Collect via HubBox option. This option is free and is available for deliveries in over 4,000 UK locations. You can also opt for the Royal Mail tracked 48 services. It is also free and takes 2-3 days for your order to be delivered. If you need a faster delivery option, please use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. You will be charged £3.99 and your order will arrive within 1-2 working days.

For European countries, you can use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service. Orders over £100 will be delivered at no extra charge while orders below £100 will be charged a delivery fee of £7.99. This also applies to the rest of the world deliveries. Please confirm whether Bellfield delivers to your country at checkout.

Bellfield Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Bellfield purchase, you can return it.

All returns must have the barcode tags intact. They must also be unworn and must be returned in their original packaging. If you think you received an unsuitable item, you can request an exchange or a refund. If you receive defective items, please return them for inspection followed by an exchange or refund if the goods are deemed defective.

Bellfield processes the returns individually. If the return is approved, you should get the refund to your original payment method. Please note that this may take 5-7 working days. However, you will be notified of the refund via email.

You will also cater for the return shipping costs, except for faulty products. In the case of faulty products, Bellfield will send you a prepaid return label. Please note that you remain responsible for the returns in transit until they reach Bellfield.

Bellfield refer a friend programme?

You can pay using Maestro, Amex, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Can I pay for my order later?

Yes, you can pay for your Bellfield order later with Klarna. This option allows you to buy your product now and pay for it later. If you opt to use Klarna, you have the option of paying for your purchases 30 days after delivery or pay in 3 interest-free instalments. The instalment option allows you up to 60 days to pay for your order.

To use Klarna, you must be above 18 years. Also, you must provide your email address and phone number. If you pay with Klarna and return your order, Klarna will cancel the payment statement and refund you after Bellfield confirms your returns. Although Klarna will send email reminders regarding your payment, failure to remit the payment will affect your credit score.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item you want to purchase is out of stock, contact the Bellfield team. You will be notified when the item is restocked.
