When ordering to the UK, you can choose between Standard and Express delivery. Standard delivery is available for £5.50 (excluding some postcodes that have a shipping charge of £15). Standard delivery is free if your order is over £50 (exceptions apply). Express delivery is available for £12, and you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days (Standard orders will take 3-4 working days). Converse UK Returns Policy

Converse UK has a 30-days returns policy. You can return your order free of charge, just pack the products along with the completed return form in a box, and put the return label on the box. To be eligible for the refund, the merchandise you’re returning must be unworn and in the same condition you received it. How should I take care of my Converse sneakers?

Before cleaning the whole shoe for the first time, you should test the cleaning product on a part of the sneaker which isn't visible. You wouldn't want to affect the material or colour. Depending on the material, you should use a different cleaning process. Canvas, leather and synthetic shoes should be cleaned with a damp cloth, and then rubbed gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. If you have suede sneakers, you should brush away dirt with a suede brush. Don't wash or dry your sneakers in a machine. Shoes should be dried at room temperature. Stuff them with paper so that they maintain their shape.
