Bad Monday ships worldwide.

If you are located in the UK, your purchases will be delivered via Yodel. For orders under £60, you will be charged £3.50 while orders over £60 will be delivered at no extra charge. Your delivery will take 2-4 working days.

If you are located in the USA, you will be charged £20 for a 24-hour tracked delivery service and £10 for full tracked shipping. Orders over £100 will be delivered at no extra charge. Also, it may take up to 14 days for your purchases to be delivered.

Persons located in Canada will be charged £12 for a full tracked delivery service and £20 for a 48hr express tracked delivery service. You will not be charged for orders over £120. Please note that the delivery may take up to 14 days.

For deliveries to other locations, please check out the Bad Monday website for delivery costs and timeframes. Also, ensure your region is covered for shipping.

Bad Monday Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, download the returns file on the Bad Monday website.

Fill the returns form and provide your order number as well as the item you would like to return. Please note that your return may be delayed if you fill the returns file incorrectly.

If you are returning your products outside the UK, ensure you state on the customs file that the item is for a return.

Please note that returns will only be eligible within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you should get your refund within 7 days of the return.

If your Bad Monday order is shipped to the EU or the UK, you will not be charged for duties and tariffs. Please note that if your order is shipped outside the EU and the UK, custom charges and import duties may apply. These will be determined by your country’s customs office and will be charged after your parcel arrives. Bad Monday is not liable for these payments.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my Bad Monday order?

Bad Monday accepts American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa.

Can I pay for my Bad Monday order later?

Yes. With Klarna, you can pay for your order later. Once you confirm your order, you will receive an email with Klarna payment instructions. You will have 14 days after which you will be required to complete your order. You will then pay on the Klarna website at no extra cost using either your debit or credit card. Please note that failure to pay for your order after 14 days will affect your credit score.

Am I eligible for the pay later option?
