Please note that you can only return items that aren't personalised. Personalised items can be returned only if there's a problem with the print quality. You should return the items within 14 days of receiving the order. Items you're returning must be unused and in its original packaging. Don't fold or crease any printed items to fit them into smaller envelopes.
