Urbanista ships its orders almost anywhere in the world, however, for some countries, you might have to pay additional customs charges. If all the items are in stock, orders are usually shipped within the next working day. During high volume sales periods, please allow more time for Urbanista to dispatch your order. If ordering to EU, your order will take 2-6 days to arrive, and if ordering outside of EU it may take between 4 to 14. Once the order reaches the destination country and is handed over to the local postal service, unexpected delays may occur.  

Urbanista one year limited warranty

Urbanista offers a one-year limited warranty (starting from the date of original retail purchase) that covers all malfunctions due to manufacturing defects and defects in materials.  

Urbanista returns policy

If you'd want to return your online order, you'll have 30 days from receipt for that. Before returning the item, contact Urbanista via email to get the return address. The item you're returning should be unopened, in its original packaging, and with order confirmation/receipt included. You'll be responsible for all shipping charges.
