About Superga UK

Superga is a 100 years old footwear brand from Turin, Italy. The Superga factory began producing shoes with vulcanized rubber soles in 1911 under the supervision of Walter Martiny. The factory was closed during the war but reopened with a mission to bring high-quality shoes to people all across Italy. Today, it offers footwear for men, women, and kids, as well as different accessories such as classic and design laces, socks, and more.

Superga UK delivery

Superga delivers its orders across the UK. If you place your order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday, it'll be dispatched the same day (except on bank holidays and other busy periods). Some couriers might need an extra day to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas. Saturday delivery isn't available. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders over £45, and only £2.99 for orders under £45. Your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. If you need your order delivered within 1-2 days, choose Express delivery for £4.99. Deliveries outside of the UK usually take between 5-10 working days. Charges will depend on the carrier used to deliver the order.

Superga UK returns policy

If you'd want to return your order, you can do this within 30 days from receiving it (there are some exceptions if the order is shipped outside of the UK). All the items you're returning should be in the same condition you received them, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Fill in the return request form, and wait for a return confirmation email with all the instructions. You'll be responsible for all shipping charges, or you can return your order to one of Superga stores.
