It offers a range of light fittings and light bulbs from some of the world’s top lighting distributors, including Astro, Eglo, Phillips, Dar, Nordlux, and many others. You can browse products by type, room, or finish. It also offers some lighting accessories, such as ceiling fans, sockets & switches, transformers, batteries, and more.

Online Lighting mainland UK delivery

When ordering to mainland UK addresses, you can choose between Standard and Express Delivery. Standard Delivery (3-5 days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays) is available free of charge on orders over £70. When you spend £69.99 or less, you'll be charged £3.50 for the delivery. If you select Express Delivery (1-2 days, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays), you'll be charged £5.99.

Online Lighting non-mainland UK delivery

When ordering to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, you'll be charged £5.99, and for the Channel Islands, delivery charges are £15. You can expect your order within 2-5 days. Delivery to Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, and Sweden is charged £9.99. Delivery times will vary depending on the country you're ordering to but won’t take more than 7 days.

Deliveries will depend on stock availability, and some products are delivered directly by the supplier. If there's a delay to your delivery, you'll be notified.

How can I track my order?

Online Lighting's carrier will contact you via email or text with a two-hour delivery slot. You'll receive a personal Tracking Number, as well as details of how to monitor your order's progress. If there's no one to receive the order, your order can be left at a safe place or at one of your neighbours (no signature is required). If neither of these options is possible, you’ll be left a card with further information on how to collect your order.

Does Online Lighting offer a guarantee?

Yes, Online Lighting offers a two-year guarantee on its light fittings. Some products also have a manufacturers' extended warranty, for up to 20 years.

What is a 90 day 'Change Your Mind' guarantee?

Online Lighting offers a 90-day 'Change Your Mind' guarantee. Special orders items aren't eligible and cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged. To return the item, package it robustly for a safe return. The manufacturer's packaging, as well as all instructions and accessories, should also be returned. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the products. Returns and credits are usually processed within 14 working days.

Online Lighting returns

If any of the items in your order is damaged in transit, you should report the damage as possible (but no later than 30 days). Use the ‘Returns Portal’ on the Online Lighting website to make a claim and someone will be in touch via email. You’ll need the Order Number and your postcode.

If the item is found to be faulty, you'll receive a credit on your original method of payment and within 14 days. If the item isn't faulty, it can be returned to you at your expense.

Does Online Lighting offer recycling services?

Yes, Online Lighting offers free recycling for eligible lighting products and electrical items on a like-for-like basis, and it also has a take-back scheme for all portable waste batteries.
