Express Next Day delivery

National Lighting delivers its orders across the UK. UK Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50 (excluding VAT). If your order is under £50, you'll be charged a £5 delivery fee. Orders to the Mainland UK, placed before 2 pm will usually be delivered the next day, and orders placed after 2 pm will take 48 hours to arrive. If ordering to the UK Outer Zones (Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), your order will arrive within 48 to 72 hours. Some special-classed lighting items will take 5 to 7 days to be shipped.

Click & Collect nationwide

You can collect your order in any of the National Lighting trade counters across the UK. If you've placed your order before 4 pm, you can collect it the very same day, within 30 minutes. If you've placed your order after 4 pm, you can collect it the next day. Use the branch finder at the National Lighting website to find your nearest branch and its working hours.

National Lighting returns and replacements

If you'd want to return an item for a refund or replacement, you should do that within 14 days of receiving it. The item you're returning must be in the same condition you received it and in the original manufacturer's packaging. Contact National Lighting customer service to get your returns form and returns number. You'll be responsible for all shipping expenses when returning your order. You can also return your item to any National Lighting store. Please note that you won't be able to return any specially ordered items.
