Horizn Studios Delivery

Horizn Studios delivers to most locations globally.

For orders within the UK/ EU, you will not be charged a shipping fee if the value of your order is over £120. Orders below this will be delivered at £5. For orders outside the UK/EU, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. This will be based on the destination country and the weight of the product.

Non-EU delivery charges will be calculated at checkout, also depending on the weight and country. The starting delivery rate is €40. This applies to Liechtenstein, San Marino, Andorra, Aland, Norway, Jersey and Isle of Man. Orders to Switzerland will be delivered at a flat shipping rate of €20.

Intercontinental and orders to other countries will be subjected to a delivery charge based on the weight. UK/EU orders are delivered within 2-6 days while orders outside the UK/EU are delivered within 6-8 days.

Horizn Studios Returns Policy

If you do not like your Horizn Studios purchase, you can return it. If you purchased a Horizn Studios Smart Luggage, you can return it within 100 days. For purchases on all other products, you can return them after 30 days. You will not be required to give reasons for the return in writing. However, if you purchase the limited edition Horizn smart luggage, you cannot return it based on scratches, signs of wear or loss in the print colour.

Also, you cannot return personalized items. If making a return from the UK/EU, you will be provided with pre-printed return labels hence you will not cater for the return courier fees. If you wish to make a return outside the UK/EU, you will cover the return fees and other associated costs.

To initiate a return, use the returns portal on the Horizon Studios website. The team will be in touch and guide you on all the relevant information required.

Horizn Studios refer a friend programme?

Horizn Studios does not have a friend referral program. However, you can check out the website for other discounts such as the student discount.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Horizn Studios ships orders fast. As such, it may be impossible to cancel or change your order once it has been confirmed. If this happens, accept the order and initiate the return process for an exchange or a refund.  

Is my data safe with Horizn Studios?

Horizn Studios takes the issue of data protection very seriously. The company only collects data that will help in providing you better services, processing your orders and for marketing purposes, with your consent. Your data will only be given to third parties to enable them to fulfil your order.

How are the M5 and H5 different?

While both these cabin models can fit on all commercial aircraft’s overhead bins, the M5 has a smart front pocket that enables easy access to your phone, laptop and travel documents. However, the H5 has more room on the inside.

Most times, you might find it difficult to choose between essential luggage and smart luggage since they are the same on the outside. What does the 5-year warranty cover?

Horizn has a 5-year warranty that covers defects on the material such as breakages or cracks in the polycarbon shell, defective zippers or handles as well as broken wheels. Can I use my smart charger on flights?

Horizn Studios powerbanks are permitted onboard all airlines. This is according to the general powerbank flight regulation followed by airlines. However, since the smart charger is a lithium battery, it cannot be permitted in the cargo hold.
