Knomo Delivery

Knomo delivers internationally. If you are located in the UK, your order will be delivered via Standard Free Hermes courier and should arrive within 2-5 days. You can also opt for the Express DPD delivery at £4.95. DPD orders placed before 12 pm will be delivered the next working day while those placed after 12 pm will be delivered within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. International deliveries are either delivered via DHL or Interpost. International delivery charges are displayed at checkout and vary by country. Knomo will not take responsibility for customs charges and taxes in the destination country.

Knomo Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your Knomo purchase, you can return it to the company within 30 days after delivery. This applies to full-priced goods. For discounted or on-sale products, ensure you return them within 14 days after delivery. All returns must be in the original condition and unused. To initiate a return, download the Knomo return label on the website and attach to the returns. For safety reasons, use a trackable courier provider for the return. Please note that Knomo will not cover the cost of returning any products unless an incorrect delivery was made or the product delivered faulty.

Yes. Knomo offers gift cards in value ranging from £10- £500. These are sent via email and expire after two years if unused. However, the gift cards are only available in the UK and are only redeemable online.

Are there Knomo items that are available on pre-order?

Yes. This is an excellent way to reserve your best buys before they sell out. Once you pre-order, you will be charged for the item. It will, however, be delivered once it's available.

The bags have a two-year warranty while smaller accessories have a one-year warranty.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s confirmed?

No. Knomo aims to fulfil all orders promptly. As such, all purchases are dispatched as soon as you order, hence it’s impossible to cancel or change an already confirmed order.
