It was founded by Jon and Truls, two friends bounded by adventure, action sports, and projects. They wanted to identify and solve real-life problems adventurers and sports-lovers experience while travelling with their luggage. They focus not only on the innovative design but materials, as well. Douchebags delivery

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. It may take 3-8 business days for your order to arrive in Europe, the USA, and Canada, or up to 10 business days to Australia. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once the order is shipped. Free shipping (and all duties paid) is available on orders over $150 (otherwise you'll be charged a flat rate of $7). When ordering to Australia, a flat shipping rate of 15AUD will apply to all orders.

Douchebags returns

Any unused and undamaged products can be returned to Douchebags, as long as all labels and tags are still attached. Before sending the product back, you should go to the 'Returns' section on the Douchebags website, to fill out the form and get your return label.

Douchebags warranty

Douchebags offers a 2 years warranty period against all defects in craftsmanship or materials. Warranty is valid from the purchase date and it can only be claimed by the original purchaser.
