If you find the same product for a lower price (including all hidden costs) than that advertised at Fashion Eyewear, you'll be offered a price match option. The lower price must have the same warranty and guarantee terms, as well as the same specification of the frame and lenses, including the same prescription requirements. Items that are part of any special offer, sale, or promotion can't be price matched.  

Fashion Eyewear shipping & delivery

Free delivery is available for orders to the UK over £180, the USA over $240, and the rest of the world over $200/€220, before application of any discounts. If you're ordering to the UK, your orders will be processed via Royal Mail Tracked 48hour delivery service and you can expect it within 2 working days. USA orders will be processed via USPS within 3-5 days, and international orders will be shipped using one of the available international shipping partners. For an additional cost, express delivery is also available. Next day delivery is available only for the UK orders placed before 2 pm.

Fashion Eyewear returns policy

If you'd want to return or exchange your order, you should do this within 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs aren't refundable. You'll get a full refund for non-prescription sunglasses and other eyewear, but if you order frames with bespoke free prescription lenses, £30 (glazing charge) will be deducted from the cost of the frame. For bespoke prescription lens eyewear, you can only refund the cost of the frame. When returning more than 2 frames, a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
