DC Shoes returns

If you want to return an item bought from the DC Shoes online shop, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the item you're returning must be unused and in its original packaging, with all instructions, accessories, and labels included. Otherwise, your return request may be rejected. Your returns request will be processed within 10 working days. If the refund request is approved, you'll receive a refund to your initial payment method within 3 working days. DC Shoes will cover shipping costs for returning an order only for faulty items or items received by mistake. Members of the Boardriders club can return their products free of charge, by dropping their parcel to Hermes ParcelShop of their choice. If you'd want to exchange an item, you should return the one you don't need and place a new order.

With the Boardriders club (DC Crew), you’ll not only earn points and rewards as you shop but you'll also get some other special offers, such as welcome and birthday offers. Club members will also get a free Standard and Pick-up delivery service, as well as free returns on their orders. You can join the Boardriders club in-store or online, free of charge. You don't even need to purchase anything to be able to join!
