When ordering to the mainland UK, you can choose between Standard (48-72 hour delivery) and Express (24-48 hour delivery) delivery service. Standard delivery is available for £3.95, while for the Express delivery you'll be charged £5.95. If your order’s value is £0 or more, you can get Standard delivery free of charge. Place your order by 3 pm (Monday to Friday), and it'll be dispatched the same day. Delivery to PO Boxes isn’t available at the moment.

Tower Health non-mainland UK delivery

Tower Health ships its orders worldwide. Actual shipping costs will depend on the weight and consent of your order, as well as the destination you're ordering to, and will be calculated during the checkout process. Some orders may be subject to weight restrictions. If this is the case, you'll be notified prior to the dispatch, since your order will have to be shipped via courier service, which may lead to additional charges. Tower Health is not responsible if your order is stopped/held by international customs or if any import and customs charges occur during the delivery.

All products in the pharmacy department must be approved by the pharmacist before they can be dispatched. Your order will be delivered in a confidential and discreet packaging. Products from the pharmacy department cannot be shipped to the USA and Canada.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of the delivery?

Orders from the Tower Health do not require a signature to be delivered to the specified address. Therefore, if you're not at home at the time of the delivery, your order will be left at a safe place provided by you. If you haven't provided such information when placing the order, a courier will find a location that seems suitable. 

Tower Health returns policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unwanted product within 14 days, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging (including the original documentation). You’ll be responsible for all shipping charges when returning the item, unless it arrived faulty or in error.

Tower Health 60-day money-back guarantee

Most of the products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. You'll be responsible for all shipping charges if the product is simply unwanted, and a restocking fee of £50 may be charged for some products.

Does Tower Health offer a warranty on electrical products?

Yes, all electrical products purchased from Tower Health are covered by a 12-month warranty (starting from the date of the receipt of the product).

Does Tower Health offer any pharmacy services?

Tower Health offers a range of pharmacy services, including dispensing and repeat dispensing services, online doctor service if you need a consultation or have some questions regarding a health matter, pharmacy essentials cheaper than the high street, return of any unwanted medication for safe disposal, medication and healthy living advice, and electronic patient medication records (personal and prescription details including medication history). Some of the services are funded by the NHS and others are private services.
