How to use your Swan discount code

1. Click on the 'Get Code' button. Copy the code from a pop-up window, and go to the Swan website.
2. Select the items you want to purchase, buy selecting 'Buy'. The item will be added to your basket.
3. Below the items in your basket, you'll see an empty place where you should paste your discount code. Select the 'Update discount' button.
4. Once your discount code is applied, click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button below. Fill in your contact information on the left side, and continue to shipping.
5. Select a shipping method and continue to payment. Choose one of the available payment methods, fill in all the required information, and select 'Pay now'.

Swan delivery returns and refunds

Swan delivers its orders only to the UK Mainland. Delivery is free of charge. If you make your order before 2 pm, you'll qualify for a next day delivery (excluding weekends). Orders made on weekends will be sent on the following Monday. If your order contains multiple or large and bulky items, it may take longer for it to arrive. Next day delivery also excludes spare parts (they are sent via Royal Mail).

If your item comes faulty or develops a fault within the first 30 days, you're entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement. However, if the item develops a fault after the 30 days, it can only be repaired or replaced. If during the first six months, your faulty item can't be repaired or replaced, you can get a full refund or price reduction (if you'd still want to keep the faulty item). Contact the Swan customer service for a free returns label.
