Printster Delivery

Printster offers a variety of shipping options for your products. Lucky you if your order qualifies for free shipping! However if not, you can still get it delivered to you at a small cost.

Items that qualify for free shipping will be advertised next to the product where applicable. Items on free shipping are delivered within 4-6 days. This excludes bank holidays and Sundays. Free shipping orders are delivered via Whistl or Royal Mail. However, please note that delivery timescales are estimated and can take longer than expected. Also, your order cannot be tracked if under free shipping.

If you wish to ship your purchases using standard shipping, it will cost you £3.50 and will take 2-4 working days. However, this excludes bank holidays and Sundays. You can also track your order after dispatch.

At a fee of £11.95, you can have your order delivered under Express Next Day Shipping. This will take 1-2 days for your order to be delivered. However, it can sometimes take longer than expected. If you place your order before 1 pm or during bank holidays or weekends, your order will be prioritized to the next day. Fortunately, you will receive a tracking number via email to help track your order. This is only available to U.K mainland customers.

Under Tracked Shipping, it will cost you £5.99 to get your products delivered to your location. Although delivery timeframes are estimated and can take longer than expected, you should have your products in 2-4 working days. A tracking number will also be sent via email.

If you're shipping to Northern Ireland, Islands or Highlands, the same shipping methods will be used. However, it may cost you more and take a little longer than quoted.

Does Printster ship internationally?

Yes they do. Note that shipping methods depend on your location hence the cost of shipping will be determined at checkout.

Printster Returns Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchases, you can return goods within 14 days of receiving them. For faulty goods, be sure to return them within 30 days. A full refund will then be issued including packaging, postage or an exchange. However, you will cater for the cost of returning the products.

To ensure goods reach Printster in a good condition, ensure you use a reputable carrier provider who insures the value of goods.

However, customised or personalised goods, goods not returned in their original packaging and condition and goods returned due to a spelling mistake made when ordering will not be eligible for a refund. Also, if the colours of a printed file do not match the provided colour or photo on the original file, a refund will not be issued.

Printster accepts payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, cheque or BACS. The company can also set up a customer on a credit account whereby the accounts have net monthly payment terms. As such, if you order an item on a credit account, payment should be cleared on the last day of the month following invoice month. Failure to pay the amount payable when due bears interest from the due date.

Can I cancel my Printster order?

Printster allows the cancellation of orders within 7 days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to personalised items as they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Personalised orders must be cancelled before they are sent for production.

Also, if you wish to cancel your order, please email sales@printster.co.uk and quote the order number.

If you cancel goods that have already been dispatched, you must return the products in excellent condition within 14 days of receiving them.

What items can I have personalized at Printster?
