How to use your PrinterPix voucher code

1. To get your PrinterPix voucher code, click on the 'Get Code' button. Copy the code from a pop-up window and continue to the PrinterPix website.
2. Find a product you'd want to order, and click on the 'Create Now' button below. Select your product's features and click on the 'Create' button next to it. Select a design to personalise it.
3. Upload your photo(s), customise your product, and click on the 'Add to Cart' button in the upper right corner of the website. Click 'Next'.
4. Paste your PrinterPix voucher code below the products in your basket, and click on the 'Apply Voucher' button next to it.
5. Click on the 'Secure Checkout' button and choose your checkout button. Enter your shipping address, choose your shipping method, and click 'Next'. Choose your payment method, enter your card details, and place your order.

PrinterPix shipping

PrinterPix will take 10-15 working days of receiving your order to manufacture your products. Once your product is manufactured, it'll be delivered using the delivery option you've chosen on checkout. Standard delivery is a non-trackable service, and it'll take 3-5 working days for your order to arrive (7-10 during the peak of the season). You can also choose between Expedited delivery (2-3 working days) or Rush delivery (next working day). Expedited and Rush delivery aren't available for PO Boxes.  Shipping rates will depend on the products you've ordered.  

PrinterPix returns

PrinterPix offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, contact PrinterPix and you'll either get a reprint or a refund. However, please note that personalised items can't be returned unless faulty, damaged or differ from that ordered.
