Plumbs is a family-owned company that produces beautiful, made-to-measure furniture covers, blinds, and curtains, with hundreds of styles and shades to choose from. It offers a comprehensive reupholstery service, as well. With 60 years of experience, it's the UK's market leader for reupholstery and furniture covers. All of its fabrics used for covers conform with the latest Consumer Protection Act for Furniture and Furnishings Fire Safety Regulations 1988.

It all started in 1953 when Tom and Bernice Plumb started selling home accessories on their market-stalls across Lancashire but the company was officially opened in 1960. Over the years, the company grew and its product and service range expanded. As the demand for unique furniture of different shapes and styles began to grow, standard measurements of mail orders were not the best option anymore. So Plums introduced its Home Consultancy Service and started offering reupholstery service as well. In 2016, it included a luxury line of bedding.

Plumbs has more than 140 consultants across the UK including London, Scotland, Wales, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland. Plumbs Home Consultancy Service is not available in Southern Ireland, however, if there's enough interest, this might change, so feel free to contact Plumbs with your request. Plumbs Home Consultancy Service is free, with no obligations. It usually takes 5 days for your Home Consultant to contact you.

Plumbs Quality Guarantee

Plumbs offers a 3-year guarantee on all of its covers, curtains, and reupholstery services.

A Protection Plan for up to 5 years is also available. You'll be covered against accidental spills resulting in a stain, or accidental damage, such as a rip, tear or burn. Please note that blinds are guaranteed only for one year.
