Original Organics was founded back in the 1980s, with an innovative idea – to design and offer a domestic worm composter. Original Organics delivery

Original Organics delivers its orders worldwide, with a number of couriers, including Royal Mail and DPD, as well as Tuffnells for larger items. Delivery to the UK Mainland is £5.99 and will normally take between 2-5 working days. For international deliveries, prices will depend on the destination, product dimensions, and quantity. Click & Collect service is also available if you live locally and would like to avoid paying a delivery charge.

Original Organics returns

If you'd want to return an item you received but haven't ordered, or an item that is damaged or defective, contact Original Organics within 5 days. If you'd want to return or exchange an item you're not satisfied with, you'll have 21 days for that. The item should be in a resellable condition. You won't receive a refund for the delivery charges, and you'll be responsible for delivery charges when returning the item, too.
