Just Lawnmowers offers free delivery to most of the mainland UK addresses. To be eligible for free delivery, your order's value must be over £50 (otherwise you'll be charged £5.95). Orders under £50 are sent using the Standard delivery service and can take up to 2-3 working days to arrive. Products sent out on Start 'N' Go or Start 'N' Go+ delivery service have to be assembled and tested before shipping and will take 5-7 working days for the delivery. Express Start ‘N’ Go service is available on orders placed by 1 pm. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 working days. For orders to the Scottish Highlands, offshore UK addresses, and to the Republic of Ireland, you may be charged an additional fee. If there are any additional shipping charges or your order will take more time to arrive, you'll be contacted via email before your payment is processed and your order is dispatched.

Just Lawnmowers returns policy

If for any reason you'd want to return a product you ordered, Just Lawnmowers offers an easy returns process. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. To do this, open a ticket, provide all necessary details, and the Just Lawnmowers customer service team will take care of the rest. To be eligible for a full refund, you must return the product in its original packaging and condition. You'll have to pay delivery charges, except if the product is defective or delivered by mistake. If your return request is approved, you'll receive a refund within 14 days.

If any of the products you ordered are faulty, you should raise a ticket via the Just Lawnmowers Support Centre within 30 days. For damaged orders, you should raise a ticket within 7 days. The item will be tested by technicians, and if the fault is verified, you'll be eligible for a replacement or full refund. If the fault isn't verified, you'll be responsible for all return shipping charges when the item is sent back to you.
