Netfurniture Delivery 

Standard UK delivery is available free of charge on all orders. You can expect your order within 7-12 working days (you'll be notified if it takes longer). If you need your order sooner or on a particular date, contact Netfurniture to discuss your requirements. There's a wide range of products that can be shipped with the Express delivery service for an extra charge of £8. These orders will usually arrive within 24-48 hours. Not all UK destinations are available for free delivery. Refer to the 'shipping & delivery' page on the Netfurniture website to find out more about the delivery.

Netfurniture Returns

If you want to return any of the products you purchased from Netfurniture, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. As long as the goods are in their original packaging, unused, and not assembled, you can return them for a refund or exchange. If any of the products arrived faulty, you must contact and inform Netfurniture within 3 days of receiving the order. If you ordered the wrong size, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee, as well as delivery costs.
