Myvitamins delivers worldwide. If you are in the United Kingdom, there are a variety of delivery options that you can use. Using the InPost LOCKERS delivery, you will be charged £2.49 for delivery. However, orders over £25 will be delivered at no extra cost. You get to choose from over 1,000 lockers that you can collect your order from. Also, if you wish to make future purchases, you can save your favourite lockers for future orders. Orders made under this delivery option will be delivered within 2-4 working days and will be available for collection for 72 more hours.

If you choose the standard delivery option, you will be charged £2.49 for orders below £25. Delivery for orders over £25 will be free. This delivery option is available Monday to Sunday and is done within 2-4 working days. However, please note that Saturday deliveries are only available in Wales, England and Belfast postcode locations.

With the standard click & collect delivery option, you will be charged £2.49 for delivery. Orders over £25 will be delivered at no extra charge. You will not only collect your orders from over 5,000 collection points but also receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. The delivery will be done within 2-4 days and will be available for collection for 10 more days.

If you opt for next day delivery, you will be charged £5.99. However, orders over £50 will be delivered for free. Also, be sure to make your order before 10 pm 7 days per week apart from Bank Holidays.

The delivery cost of worldwide deliveries is based on your location and the delivery options available.

Myvitamins Returns Policy

We understand that you may change your mind regarding a product you ordered. To simplify the process, the returns policy clearly states Myvitamins' return conditions. We encourage you to check your order once received. Before initiating a return, please contact the customer service team and request a returns authorization number.

If you wish to cancel your purchases, please do so within 14 days. After the lapse of the 14-days after you receive your purchases, any cancellation attempts will not be approved. Also, cancellations done within the stipulated time frame will be refunded including the delivery cost incurred. However, you will not be refunded the delivery fees if you choose a delivery plan that is more expensive than Myvitamins standard delivery.

Reimbursements will be done 14 days after the goods supplied are received, 14 days after the provision of evidence of returned goods and 14 days after you cancel the contract.

Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the initial transaction. However, you can be refunded using an alternative payment method upon request.

Please ensure that the items you wish to return are in the original packaging and are unbroken.

What if you receive an incorrect or damaged item?

While Myvitamins have high packaging standards, mistakes may occur. If this happens, please contact the customer service team. They will ensure that they resolve your query with speed without inconveniencing you. For damaged goods, please attach pictures of the damaged purchases to the message for review.

In most of these scenarios, you will be required to arrange for a return. Ensure you have your order number, the item and the reason for the return. You will then be given a unique returns authorization number. Also, please ensure you package the items securely and include the return form inside.

You will be refunded your postage costs if they sent the wrong item, the item is faulty or when returning a substitute product.
