To nurse her back to health, Henrietta started cooking for her. She then decided to work with talented nutritionists and vets to make quality and delicious recipes using natural ingredients. Lily’s Kitchen ensures your order is shipped swiftly.

If you are located in Mainland UK, your order will either be delivered via standard delivery or special delivery.

Under standard delivery, you will be charged £4.95 for delivery if your order is below £29. However, if your order is over £29, it will be delivered at no extra charge. With the special delivery, you will be charged £9.95 for weekend deliveries. Next day before 12 pm deliveries will be charged £9.95 while next day before 10.30 am deliveries will be charged £14.95.

For harder to reach areas, you will be charged £4.95 for orders below £50 while orders over £50 will be delivered for free. These areas include the Isle of Man, Northern Scotland, Isle of Wight and the highlands and islands.

Deliveries to mainland UK via standard delivery will take 1-3 business days. However, for harder-to-reach areas, allow for a delivery period of 5 working days.

Lily’s Kitchen Returns Policy

Lily’s Kitchen is committed to looking after your pet’s health. As such, the company has a seamless return process.

If your pet does not like the Lily’s Kitchen products, the company will offer a replacement with another product of your choice. Please reach out to the team within 14 days of delivery.

If your order is damaged on delivery, Lily’s Kitchen will collect it and replace it with another one in excellent condition.

Trying new food is a risk for fussy pets. As such, Lily’s Kitchen offers samples for free. You will only cater for the delivery charges.
