Monster Pet Supplies Delivery

Monster Pet Supplies currently delivers its orders to most of the UK (excluding some of the hard-to-reach areas or addresses). If your order weighs less than 500g, it'll be delivered via Royal Mail delivery service, while orders over 500g will be handled via Yodel. Orders over £35 are delivered free of charge, while for orders under £35 you'll be charged £3.99 (for orders under 500g) or £5.99 (for orders over 500g). If you choose DPD delivery service, you’ll be charged £2.99 for orders over £35 and £7.99 for orders under £35. Orders are usually delivered within 2-5 days of ordering.

How does Monster Pet Supplies deliver frozen raw food?

Frozen raw food will be delivered separately, ensuring it stays frosty until it’s delivered to you. If your order, including the frozen raw food, is over £35, it’ll be delivered for free. If your order is under £35, you'll be charged £5.95 for the frozen raw food delivery, as well as standard delivery charges for any other items in your order, if there's anything else. All orders containing frozen raw food must be signed for.

If you're tired of running to the store every once in a while, you can pick your pet's favourite products he needs regularly and set them for repeat delivery (every one, two, or three months). If for any reason you want to return any of the products ordered from Monster Pet Supplies, you can do it within 30 days of the dispatch date. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be unused and in their original packaging intact. To return your order, pack your products securely, include the dispatch note, state the reason for returning the order, and post it (you can do this for free at the Post Office).
