Standard UK delivery is free for all orders. Orders are dispatched using a wide range of couriers, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Hermes, and will arrive within 3 working days. If you place your order before 1 pm Monday to Friday, it'll be dispatched on the same day. Express or Saturday delivery is also available for an additional charge.

Kukoon returns

Kukoon offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of its products (excluding sale and clearance items). Rugs wider than 120 cm will be subject to a £10 return shipping costs, while rugs with a width below 120 cm will be subject to a £5 charge. Go to the Returns section on Kukoon website, pay your shipping charges, and wait for Kukoon to contact you. You'll either receive a return label (via email or regular mail) or you can arrange a suitable date for collection. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item you're returning should be unused and in its original packaging. Exchange is not available.
