Kally Sleep delivers promptly via DPD or Hermes.

If you are located in the UK and Northern Ireland, you will not be charged a delivery fee if your order is above £39. It will take 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. For next-day deliveries to England, you will be charged £4.95. If you opt for the standard delivery, you will be charged £2.95 for orders under £39. This will take 2-3 working days.

If you are located in Ireland, orders over £39 will be delivered at no extra charge via the standard delivery option. You will be charged £2.95 for the delivery of orders under £39. For delivery to Europe, you will be charged £8.50. This will take 3-5 working days.

Kally Sleep Returns Policy

Kally Sleep is committed to offering the best sleep products. However, if you do not like your purchase, you can return within 14 days after the delivery date.

However, if you have already used the product, a return cannot be resold for hygiene reasons. You can donate it to Marylebone Project. This is a charity project in partnership with Kally Sleep that supports homeless women as well as those in need of short-term accommodation.  

To make a return of used products, send the item to the Marylebone project via the address provided on the website. Ensure you include your order number in your parcel. This will help the Kally Sleep team identify your order. Your refund will then be processed after the Marylebone project team acknowledges the return. Please note that you will bear the cost of the return.

You should receive your refund in 14 days.
