Freshpet Delivery

Freshpet delivers its orders only across the UK mainland. Orders are delivered from 8 am to 10 pm Monday to Friday. To be delivered the next working day, your order must be placed by 12 pm. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday to Sunday are delivered the following week on Tuesday. On the day of delivery, DPD will send you a text message with a delivery slot. If you have more questions about the delivery, refer to the ‘Help’ section on the Freshpet website.

Freshpet Returns Policy

According to its 'Refund Policy', Freshpet doesn't accept returns. Each of its products is freshly packed and delivered just for the customer who ordered it.
