If you are located in the United Kingdom, you will be charged £4.95 if you choose the click and collect or standard delivery method. These will take five working days to get your order. You can also opt for express delivery. This will cost you £6.95 and will be scheduled for next day delivery. Please note that deliveries to non-mainland UK, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may take longer than scheduled.

Please check the Arsenal Direct website for delivery costs and delivery timeframes to the Republic of Ireland, Europe, Russia, the U.S.A and the rest of the world.

If import duties are levied on the arrival of a package to the destination country, you will bear the cost of additional charges.

Arsenal Direct returns policy

Arsenal Direct has an amazing range of products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of the delivery date. However, please note that exchanges and returns do not apply for hero printed or personalized shirts.

If you purchase a product during the Christmas holiday season, you have until January 25 the following year to return your product.

To make a return, download and print the returns form from the Arsenal Direct website. Make sure you enclose it in the returned parcel. Follow by registering the return online and create your free return label. Repack the items and attach the label to the parcel.

You can make your return via Royal Mail, ASDA toyou or InPost.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible. However, it may take 30 days from the day confirmed for the return via email.

I want to change my click & collect store.

Click & Collect is a convenient and quick delivery method. However, please note that once you choose your local delivery store, you cannot change it if your order has already been processed. If you will be unavailable for the collection at the chosen store, you will need to cancel the order and wait for your refund to be processed. If you do not collect your order for up to 7 days, it will be returned to the Arsenal Direct warehouse. Please note that a refund will only be issued after the package is returned to Arsenal Direct.
