Arran Delivery

Arran delivers their products within the U.K.

For UK mainland deliveries under standard delivery, your order will be delivered at no extra charge if you spend over £40. Orders below £40 will be delivered at a fee of £3.95. This should take 3-5 working days. If you opt for the Express mainland UK delivery, you pay £5.95 for delivery. If you want a next working day delivery, ensure you place your order before 2 pm.

For delivery to Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands, your order will be delivered at no extra charge if over £40 while orders under £40 will be charged £9.50.

For European deliveries, your delivery cost will be determined at checkout based on the country.

Deliveries over £200 to Canada and the USA will be delivered for free while those below £200 will be charged £36. This should take 5-7 working days.

For rest of the world deliveries, the cost will be determined at checkout.

Arran Returns Policy

If you do not like your product, Arran has a simple returns policy.

If you wish to return your purchase, ensure you do so within 14 days after delivery. You can either go for an exchange or refund.

Please note that an exchange or refund will only be offered if the goods are returned in a fully saleable condition except for damaged and faulty goods. The company does not accept exchanges or refunds for razors or shaving brushes unless the items were delivered faulty.

To initiate a refund request, you must have your order confirmation email. If you do not have proof of purchase, an exchange is the only option that will be offered.

Arran makes refunds via the original payment method within 5-10 days.

Do I need to create an Arran account to make an order?

No. If you do not want to create an Arran account, you can shop as a guest. However, by creating an account, you get to be among the first to receive exclusive information, get offers and keep track of your orders.

How do I create a wish list?

If the item you want to order is out of stock, contact the Arran customer service team. They will be able to verify whether the item is out of stock and guide you on how to purchase it.

Arran offers a complimentary gift-wrapping service for orders over £70. You can select the gift-wrapping service at checkout.

I love the Arran hand cleansing gel. Can it be shipped outside the UK?

Unfortunately, the hand cleansing gel cannot be shipped outside the UK alongside other products. This is because of legislation which classifies them as hazardous products. Among other items which cannot be shipped outside the UK are Reed Diffusers, Room Sprays and Fragrance Rollerballs. 

Are my details secure with Arran?

The company takes the issue of data protection very seriously. Any data collected is used to fulfil your orders and inform you of new products and promotions. Your data is not used in any way that violates the data laws.
