UK Flooring Direct Delivery

UK Flooring provides seamless doorstep delivery services.

For a normal doorstep delivery, you will be charged £15. You should allow for two working days for your order to be delivered. You will be given a call 30 minutes before the delivery to ensure you are ready to receive your parcel.

For Saturday doorstep delivery, you will be charged £20. Allow for a 2-days lead time. To ensure you are ready to receive your order, you will be called by the delivery team 30 minutes before the delivery.

For light parcels, you will be charged £9.50. This includes weekdays doorstep deliveries. If you want your light parcel delivered in the AM, you will be charged £15. Please allow a two days lead time. Pallet deliveries will be charged £15. Deliveries are done between 8 am to 6 pm.

 UK Flooring Direct also delivers to Northern Ireland as well as other remote regions.

UK Flooring Direct Returns Policy

If you do not like your flooring deliveries, you can return them to UK Flooring Direct within 30 days after delivery.

Please ensure you contact the company before initiating the returns.

If you have changed your mind after a purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days to receive your refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you must receive it and return it to the company. Please note that any returns must be in their original condition and must be unopened.

To arrange a return, please contact the UK Flooring Direct customer service. You will be required to provide your sales number as well as your contact details. Once the return has been accepted, you will receive it within 14 days. In case your order was delivered damaged, you will be required to provide proof of damage.

Also, UK Flooring Direct will not cover the cost of returning the goods.
