QP Jewellers ships its orders worldwide. The UK and European orders are shipped via DPD Express, while FedEx is used for the rest of the world. Each piece of jewellery is made to order (meaning there are many processes, including setting, polishing, and sizing before the item is shipped to you). It usually takes 2 working days for an order to be dispatched but certain items may take 2-3 additional working days. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date and time. It will take 2 working days for your order to arrive when ordering to the UK and Europe, and 3 working days when ordering to the rest of the world.

QP Jewellers money-back guarantee & returns policy

Each and every piece of jewellery shipped by QP Jewellers is fully insured during transit. All defective items, as well as the items you're unsatisfied with, should be returned within 30 days of receipt. The item you're returning must be unused and with all tags attached. Engraved and inscribed items, as well as ring sizes outside of sizes J to Q, cannot be returned. If you ordered the wrong size and would want to exchange your item, you may be charged a £25 resizing fee. Postage costs are covered only for the items that arrived defective or damaged.
