How to use your Prestige discount code

1. Click on the 'Get Code' button and copy your Prestige discount code from a pop-up window. Proceed to the Prestige website and start creating your order.
2. Click on a product you'd want to purchase, select quantity, and click on the 'Add to Basket' button next to it. You'll be redirected to your shopping cart.

Prestige is a cookware brand established in 1938. Over the last 80 years, it's been offering top quality cookware to family kitchens around the UK. It offers a wide range of excellent performing cookware, such as saucepans, frying pans, grill and griddle pans, stainless steel steamers, pressure cookers, and more. You can even find the Eco non-stick cookware range, with a plant-based non-stick inside and out. It's free of PFOA and palm oil.

Prestige UK delivery

At present Prestige only ships its orders across the UK. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding seasonal and peak times). Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking code so you can track your order (via DPD website). DPD Standard delivery (2-3 working days) to Mainland UK is free on orders over £50 (for orders under is £3.95). If you place your order before 12 pm, you can get your order delivered the next working day if you choose the DPD Next Day delivery for £6.95. Saturday and Sunday only delivery is available for £7.95. DPD Standard delivery to Non-Mainland UK addresses is £5.50 for orders over £15, and £15 for orders under £15. If ordering only spare parts (up to £15), they'll be delivered via Standard Royal Mail for £3.5. It may take up to 14 days (excluding Sundays) for your spare parts to arrive.

Prestige returns

If for any reason you'd want to cancel your order, you should do it within 14 days from receiving it. The items you're returning must be in a re-saleable condition and in undamaged packaging, with all accessories and free gifts included. If any of the items or the packaging is damaged, your refund might be refused or deducted up to 20%. If you're returning the whole order, shipping costs will be refunded, as well.
