Muddy Puddles delivery information

Royal Mail Second Class delivery to all UK mainland addresses is available for only £3.95 (free on orders over £40). Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is also available for £4.95. If you need your order sooner, you can select Next Working Day delivery service for £8.00 per order. The order must be placed before 12 noon.  

International delivery is also available. The delivery charge will depend on the zone you're ordering to (£10.00 to Ireland, £15 to Europe Zone 1, £25 to Europe Zone 2 and £50 to Worldwide zone 1).

Muddy Puddles returns policy

Muddy Puddles offers free returns for anyone from the UK. You can return the item within 30 days from receiving it. The item you're returning must be unworn, with its original tags and packaging. You can either exchange the item for another one or get a full refund. It also offers a one-year quality guarantee on all Muddy Puddles branded items.
