Love Yourself is a meal delivery service that delivers calorie controlled premium diet meals across the UK. Get freshly prepared meals delivered directly to your work or home. You can choose between more than 12 different diets, so you'll surely find something for yourself. Love Yourself Meals Delivery 

Love Yourself Meals has its own contract drivers who deliver orders to postcodes within Greater London and surrounding areas. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. Standard delivery is available Sunday to Thursday evening (5 pm to 10 pm). Deliveries to mainland UK are made via DPD. Orders are delivered free of charge, Tuesday to Friday morning (until 10 am).

You should choose your diet plan and place your order. Your food will then be freshly prepared, sealed, and packed. Meals are delivered daily. No cooking is required, and you can enjoy your meals cold or warm. 

How should I know what is my required daily calorie intake?

You can find a calorie calculator on the Love Yourself Meals website. Simply enter your gender, age, height, current weight, body fat (optional), daily activity, and your goal (how many kilograms to loose in what time period), and you’ll get your calorie intake required to maintain current weight, to meet your goal, and to maintain your new weight after you’ve reached your goal. 

What diet plans does Love Yourself Meals offer?

Love Yourself Meals offers different diet plans to suit most people’s needs and habits, including balanced, vegetarian, keto, veto, gluten-free, pescaterian, halal, dairy-free, and others.

Does Love Yourself Meals have a Vegan diet option?

No, there's no Vegan option but the Vegetarian option can be made as gluten-free or dairy-free.

How will I know what meals I will get?

You can find each week's menu when you open the relevant diet's page. Scroll down until you see the menu. The menu will be updated mid-week and will show the menu for the next week. This menu will be emailed to you on Friday.  

Are Love Yourself Meals compatible with My Fitness Pal?

Yes, Love Yourself Meals are compatible with My Fitness Pal so you can easily track your daily calorie intake. All you have to do is scan the barcode you can find on the label of each meal.

Can I cancel or change my order during the week?

Yes, if you want to cancel or change your order during the week to another diet or calorie count, you should just contact Love Yourself Meals via email. You should contact them at least 48 hours.

Can I keep my meals in the fridge or freezer?

It's recommended you eat your meals the day after the delivery but you can also keep them in a fridge for 2 to 3 days. You can also freeze your meals, but they may not taste as good as they would if you'd eaten them while they were fresh.
