Yes. There is free United Kingdom delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, with the standard delivery option, the delivery fee is £3.95 across all the Mainland United Kingdom, and it takes 2 to 4 working days. If you are using the express delivery option, the orders are usually delivered within 2 working days and delivery costs £4.95. If you are in a hurry and you want to receive a next day delivery, the delivery is £5.95. Please note that orders should be placed before 3 pm so the delivery arrives the next working day. For Non-Mainland UK territory, the standard delivery takes from 2 to 4 working days and it costs £3.95 with the standard delivery option, while the express delivery option takes 1 to 2 working days and the delivery fee is £4.95. Joanie is also delivering internationally and across the continents. 

The good news is that for orders over £100 that are made somewhere in Europe, the delivery is free! Otherwise, the cost is only £9.95. For orders that should be delivered to the United States or to the rest of the world, there is free delivery for orders higher than £150, if not the delivery costs £15.95.

Joanie Returns Policy

If you are located in the United Kingdom and you want to return your ordered items, you can do it completely free for up to 28 days. Joanie has a really quick and easy process of refunding so all you need to do is to just mark the items that you want to return. You can also track your return and follow the process. If you want to return some products and you are outside the UK, you can also do that within 28 days from receiving the receipt. The cost of delivering the items back to Joanie is the customer’s responsibility. All of the items that you are asking for a refund for should be new, undamaged, and in good condition. The refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the parcel to Joanie's warehouse. They are not offering exchanges, but you can always return your products, get a refund, and then place a new order.

Is there a “refer a friend” program?

Yes! If you use the refer a friend program of Joanie, your friends will get 15% off their first order on Joanie! You are also getting 15% off your next order, for being a good friend and recommending Joanie’s products. Discounts are available only on full price products.

Is there a student discount on Joanie?

If you are a student you can also get a 15% student discount! Just use the student discount code while checking out and you will enjoy the reduced prices.
