For UK Mainland deliveries, smaller to medium items are delivered via standard delivery. These include items such as bathroom and kitchen accessories, small furniture pieces below 15 kgs and tableware. For goods below £70, you will be charged £4.95- £6.95 while items above £70 will be delivered for free. This will take 4-7 days.

For large items, you can either opt for standard delivery or specialist delivery. With the standard delivery option, you will be charged £9.95 and will take 4-7 business days. With the specialist delivery option, you will be charged £35. This will take up to 14 days.

Deliveries to the UK Isles and Highlands can either be delivered via standard delivery for £9.95- £15.95 or specialist delivery.

Unhappy with your House Of Flora purchase? The company will be happy to sort any issues.

For your return request to be considered, it must be made within 28 days of the delivery date. The goods must also be undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note that used items including cushions, beddings and towels cannot be returned. This also applies to used doormats, LED bulbs and candles.

Please note that you are responsible for the returns until they reach the House Of Flora. The company will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Also, House Of Flora will not cover any return fees.
