MYGSN Delivery

MYGSN delivers in the UK. However, deliveries to Northern Ireland and some parts of the Scottish Highlands may not be available. You will be charged a delivery fee of £5 for goods under £60 and a £2 surcharge for deliveries on Saturdays. Orders over £60 will be delivered at no extra charge. Wholesale orders over £250 will be delivered at no extra charge. All orders placed on day 1 are delivered on day 3. The cut-off point for deliveries is 1 PM. If you are not available to receive your MYGSN purchases, they can be left in a suitable place.

Will my food arrive frozen?

Yes. MYGSN foods will be shipped frozen unless stated otherwise. However, the food can also arrive within the correct temperatures that allow you to freeze once delivered.

How does MYGSN ensure that food does not go bad during delivery?

The company stores all the produce in BRC (accredited) storage facilities. The goods are then delivered using vehicles that are packed with ice packs in triple insulated boxes. The goods are also packed with special thermal liners that are made from recycled marine waste.

How should I store my MYGSN products?

You can store your purchases in the freezer. However, if you plan on consuming the Pot O Gold range on the same day, you can remove it in the freezer to defrost to reduce the cooking time.

Which is the best way to cook the Pot O Gold range?

You can cook your Pot O Gold foods for about 6 minutes in the microwave. However, be on the lookout for the cooking instructions on each pack. If you do not have/ don’t want to use a microwave, defrost the food for a few minutes and heat in a pan.

How long will my Pot O Gold food remain fresh if I store it in the fridge?

The Pot O Gold food range does not have to be frozen. You can store the food in the fridge and consume it within 3 days. This also means a reduced cooking time.

Is it safe to eat my Pot O Gold without warning?

Absolutely. Since all the ingredients are pre-cooked, you can eat the food without cooking.

Yes. The chicken is pre-cooked and ready to eat. It can be consumed after defrosting with no further cooking.

Does MYGSN offer halal food?

Yes. However, not all food is halal. The 2.5 kg steamed chicken is sourced from a certified halal supplier but assembled in a non-halal factory. Also, some of the meats may contain pork.
