GreenBay delivers its products across the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands), as well as to Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, and Luxembourg.  

Several shipping options are available, starting at just £2.99, so you can choose the one that suits you best. Free shipping to most parts of the UK is available when you spend £60 or more.

GreenBay returning policy

If you return a product in the same condition you received it (including the original packaging), and within 14 days of purchase, you'll be eligible for a refund or exchange. However, keep in mind that not all products can be returned. You cannot return sale items, as well as any of the perishable products, some of the health and personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids and gases. Include a receipt or proof of purchase with the product you're returning.

If it's been more than 14 days after you've notified GreenBay about the return, or your product is not in its original packaging and condition, only partial refunds will be granted.

You'll be responsible for all shipping costs.
