Orders are delivered Monday to Friday (Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales). You can also choose Relaxed Delivery (10-14 days) with £5 credit added to your account. Click & Collect service is also available.

Fudge refunds and returns

To return a product to Fudge, you should first contact Fudge advisors through LiveChat or from your account (within 14 days of receiving the order). Prepare your order number (you'll find it in your order confirmation email. If the item arrived damaged or something else has gone wrong, you should also provide a photographic evidence or doctor’s certificate. You'll be responsible for shipping charges when returning unwanted items. Fudge can only cover shipping costs if there was a problem with your order (you'll receive a pre-paid returns label to your address). The item you're returning must be unused.
