Founded in 1963 by Toni Mascolo and Guy Mascolo, TONI&GUY is a London based company that specializes in hairdressing. The company now has a chain of hairdressing salons across 48 countries. TONI&GUY Delivery

TONI&GUY offers delivery services internationally.

If you are located in the UK, your order will be delivered at no extra charge if it is over £20. You will also get free next delivery for orders over £99. Please note that deliveries are done during working days. Also, the next day delivery option is currently unavailable.

For orders up to £20, the delivery cost is £3.25 while free standard delivery is offered for orders over £20. If you opt for the standard delivery option, it will take 2-4 days for your order to arrive.

If you have an urgent purchase, you can opt for the next working day delivery. For orders up to $99, you will be charged £5.95. Orders over $99 are delivered at no extra cost. However, this only applies for orders in the UK and is done Monday-Thursday before 3 pm GMT. Please note that if you make your order before 3 pm on a Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. If Monday is a bank or public holiday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. If you make your order after 3 pm on Friday through to Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday if Monday is a bank or public holiday. Please note that the next working day delivery option is currently unavailable due to the coronavirus pandemic.

For deliveries outside the UK, the delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. This may take 2-7 days. While the next working day delivery service is not guaranteed for international orders, most deliveries are successfully made on the next working day.

 UK deliveries will be made via Royal Mail 48hr tracked courier service. To help you track your order, you will be sent an email confirming the order which will also detail your order tracking number. International orders will also be delivered via a tracked courier service.

If your order delays, visit the courier’s website and use your tracking number to check its progress. If your order delays more than three working days of the delivery period, please send an email to TONI&GUY via info@mascolo.co.uk.

If you are not available for the delivery on the delivery date, the courier will leave a card with a contact number where you can reach out to schedule an alternative delivery day. If you fail to contact them, your order will be returned to TONI&GUY.

TONI&GUY Returns Policy

If for some reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return the item to TONI&GUY. An exchange will be issued if the product has not been used and is in excellent condition. Your return should be accompanied by any free items given during the purchase. Also, ensure you make the returns 14 days after the delivery date. This excludes digital items that have been downloaded, DVD or video products as well as items that have been unsealed.

Please note that TONI&GUY will not cater for the cost of the return unless you received the wrong items, the items are defective or damaged. Also, ensure that you attach your receipt and retain all details such as proof of postage and tracking information.

If the value of the item is £50 and above, you are encouraged to use a recorded-delivery service.

To return a faulty item, please email returns@mascolo.co.uk within 30 days. Be sure to indicate the reason for the return and the invoice. Ensure you package the items securely to prevent damage. If a replacement item will be issued, return the original item within 14 days of the email confirming the replacement.
