When ordering to the mainland UK, you can choose between Standard (3-10 days) and Express delivery (next working day, for orders placed by 1 pm). Standard delivery is available for £4.95 (free on orders over £25), while for the Express delivery you'll be charged £6.95. Standard UK offshore delivery, as well as Standard Europe delivery (to selected countries) are available from £15. Beauty Works Online delivers its orders worldwide. Exact delivery costs for Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world will be calculated at checkout and will depend not only on the country you're ordering to but the total weight of your order, as well.

And if you’re unsure how many packs you need, it’s best you find one of the Beauty Works stockists and get a professional consultation. Beauty Works has stockists outside of the UK, as well.

How should I take care of my Beauty Works hair extensions?

Before you wash your hair extensions, you should detangle them. Choose one of the Beauty Works bristle brushes, designed specifically for styling and taking care of hair extensions. Select suitable hair products from Beauty Works formulated hair care lines, and wash and hydrate your hair extensions. Use Beauty Works heat protection when styling your hair extensions.

Can I use hair colours or silver shampoo on Beauty Works hair extensions?

You can colour human hair extensions or use silver shampoo, but it's not recommended, and you're doing it at your own risk. 

Can I heat and style my hair extensions?

Yes, you can heat and style your hair extension with a curler or waver. However, you should know this can damage your hair extension and will reduce its lifespan.

Does Beauty Works Online test its products on animals?

No, Beauty Works Online doesn’t test its products on animals. All of its aftercare products are produced in Italy, and the EU banned testing cosmetic products and their ingredients on animals in 2013.
