Cyclestore Returns Policy

Cyclestore offers a one-year returns policy. This is because sometimes you might buy a bike and not be able to use it for a few months. The product you're returning must be unused and in its original packaging. You'll be responsible for shipping charges when returning the product, unless it arrived damaged, defective, or is not the one you ordered. If this is the case, you must send your product via Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel so that shipping charges could be refunded. What is the Cyclestore loyalty scheme?

To join the Cyclestore loyalty scheme, your total spend (excluding delivery charges) on all orders to date must be at least £100. Once your total spend reaches £100, you'll be rewarded an Elite Loyalty status, and 6% off RRP will be applied on your subsequent orders. To become a Pro Loyalty customer, your total spend must reach £300. As a Pro Loyalty customer, your discount will double to 12% off RRP. What are Re-Cycled products?

Re-Cycled products are made from 100% recycled bicycle inner tubes.  Inner tubes are saved from UK landfill and used by trained tailors in Malawi as a part of the 'Cycle of Good'. No two Re-Cycled products will ever be the same.
