How to use your Freewheel discount code
To reveal your Freewheel discount code, click on the 'Get Code' button. A pop-up window with the code will appear. Copy the code and proceed to the Freewheel website.
Click on a product you'd want to purchase. Change the quantity if you'd want to order more than one piece and click on the 'Add to Basket' button on the right. Select 'Continue Shopping' from a pop-up window to add more products, or 'Go to Basket' to place your order.
Click on the 'Enter Your Discount Code' button below your order summary and paste your Freewheel discount code to the empty box below. Click on the 'Apply' button next to it and your discount will be applied immediately.

With every purchase you make through the Freewheel website, a percentage of your order value goes to one of the local bike shops. Freewheel aims to give them an online presence and a chance to reach new customers.
Freewheel delivery
When placing your order, you can choose between Standard and Next Day delivery. Standard delivery (2-3 working days) is available for £4.95 (or free on orders over £29.99), while Next Day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 pm, Monday to Thursday, and you'll be charged £6.95. Click and Collect service is available free of charge.
Freewheel returns and warranty
Any unused product can be returned in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase, within 28 days of purchase. All bikes have a limited warranty, while bike components are covered for one year from the purchase date. You should first contact the participating bike store where you originally purchased the bike from, to be inspected.
