Craft Coffee Club Delivery

Craft Coffee Club ships its orders to the UK, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands addresses via the Royal Mail for next-day delivery. All orders are delivered free of charge, you’ll have to pay only the subscription fee.

Craft Coffee Club Returns Policy

If you do not like your Craft Coffee Club purchase, you can return it to the company. If you are seeking an exchange or refund, ensure you return the goods within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the return, contact the Craft Coffee Club team via email and send the communication before the lapse of the cancellation period.

Please note that return delivery costs will not be covered by Craft Coffee Club. Also, you should get your refund within 14 days after you end your subscription contract or after confirmation of receipt of the returned products. Craft Coffee Club subscription is as simple as possible. All you have to do is choose how frequently you’d want to receive your box (every month, every two months, or every three months) and how you’d like your coffee (you can choose between whole beans, ground coffee, and Espresso grind). Once you place your order, your box will arrive at a selected frequency. You can easily cancel or pause your subscription at any time, from your online account.

When will my box be shipped?

Boxes are shipped on the 10th of the month. Depending on the subscription you’ve selected, your box will be shipped monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly.

What should I do if my coffee subscription box doesn't arrive?

If your subscription box doesn't arrive between the 10th-15th of every month, you should contact the Craft Coffee Club team to find out where your parcel is and help you resolve the issue.

Can the box fit through the letterbox?

No, your subscription box contains two coffee bags, a magazine, and four treats, so it won't be able to fit through the letterbox.

When will I be charged for the subscription?

You’ll be charged on the 1st day of every month (or every 2nd or 3rd, depending on the selected frequency).

How much is a subscription?

Regardless of whether you opt for the monthly, quarterly or bi-monthly subscription, each box costs £24.95. And if you want an extra bag of coffee, you can add it at only £4.95.

How much coffee does each of the boxes contain?

Each of the boxes contains two bags of 250g of coffee. For an additional charge of £4.95, you can get one extra bag of coffee in your subscription box.

Yes, all of Craft Coffee Club coffee is roasted fresh to order, delivered, and sent to your chosen address as soon as possible.

Can I receive ground coffee?

With Craft Coffee Club, you get the option of receiving your coffee just how you like it. Select either whole bean, espresso grind or medium grind.

Since each bag of coffee has been roasted to be brewed in a specific way, you'll get a Feel Good magazine with brewing guides and much more in your subscription box.
