bikeZaar Delivery

bikeZaar delivers to most locations but costs are based on your location, the weight of the product and the type of service.

If you are located in the UK, your order will be shipped via FedEx, Royal Mail or TNT. If you opt for the standard shipping option, bikeZaar will use Royal Mail 48 Signature to ship your order. This will take 2-3 working days for most of the UK mainland. However, please note that if bikes need to be built in advance, it might take longer.

If you opt to use the Royal Mail 1st class delivery service, your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24 Signature and will take 1-2 working days if within the UK mainland.

For international orders and worldwide deliveries, please check the cost of the shipping as well as the shipping time frame at the bikeZaar website as you checkout. 

bikeZaar Returns Policy

If you wish to return a bikeZaar item, you can return the purchase within 30 days of purchase.

If the reason for the return is because you changed your mind about the purchase or the item does not fit well, you can either request a refund or an exchange. For UK orders, please seek a refund or exchange within 30 days after purchase and 45 days for international orders. Ensure you return the items in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

If you suspect your bikeZaar item is faulty, ensure you return it for inspection and possible repair. Please notify the bikeZaar team as soon as you notice that an item is faulty.

Personalized goods are not eligible for returns. This, however, excludes faulty items.

bikeZaar refer a friend programme?

bikeZaar does not have a refer a friend program. However, check out the website for discounts. These can be easily found in the Price Drop category.

Can I change my bikeZaar order?

If you wish to change your order, please contact bikeZaar as soon as possible. It is possible to change the colour or size of an item if it is in stock. However, please note that your order cannot be changed once an item has been dispatched.

I want to add more items to my order.

Once you have made your order, you cannot add other items. If you wish to purchase more products, please order the items separately.

Are all bikeZaar items dispatched worldwide?

While bikeZaar ships most of the products worldwide, some items may have shipping restrictions. These include energy drinks, gels and food, bikes, liquids and items that contain aerosols.

Can I change my delivery address after making an order?

To ensure you get your orders within the stipulated time frame, bikeZaar processes your orders quickly. As such, you cannot change the delivery address once your order has been processed. If you will not be available at the provided delivery location, please contact the bikeZaar delivery team. You can arrange for delivery for another day or collect your products from your local depot. 

Will my bikeZaar order be subjected to customs charges?

Please note that orders dispatched outside the UK are sold exclusive of VAT. As such, they may be subjected to taxes and import duties. This will be levied once the product reaches your country.

If your delivery address is within the EU, your purchase will not be subjected to UK VAT. However, it may be subjected to taxes and import duties. 

All products shipped to Canada and the USA are liable for taxes and import duties. The amount depends on the state as well as the type of products.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my bikeZaar order?

bikeZaar accepts Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal as payment methods.
