If you are in the UK, you can opt to have your products delivered using the UK standard delivery. While using this option, it will take 2-5 working days to get your order. Please note that these estimates are provided by Royal Mail.

For a first-class delivery, it will take 1-2 working days to get your order. Deliveries in the EU take 3-5 working days. However, there may be unavoidable delays.

If you are using the standard delivery option, please allow for 7 working days and 5 working days for first-class delivery before contacting Altr for your delivery.

If you do not receive your purchase within 14 working days, you will be refunded. Alternatively, the item will be re-sent.

Due to customs, please allow for utmost 14 days for international orders.

Altr returns policy

Altr has a simplified return process.

If you do not like your Altr products, please return within 14 days of the delivery date. You will then be issued a refund. If the return is due to an error by the Altr team such as a wrong delivery, you will be refunded the full cost of the return shipping.

You can also return items that you have used if they are not as expected. For instance, if you purchase a product in the wrong shade, you can return it. For used items, ensure you return the items before the lapse of 7 days after delivery.  

To make a return, send an email to enquiries@altrlondon.com with your order number and your name. Ensure you attach your dispatch receipt.
