Alpinetrek delivery

Alpinetrek will process your order quickly for a speedy delivery with no hidden charges.  

The company offers free shipping to the UK for orders worth £75. For orders under £75, you will be charged a delivery fee of £3.99. You should get your order in 6-8 working days. However, some orders might take longer than this.

Alpinetrek is currently not shipping orders to the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, the islands and highlands and the Channel Island.

Alpinetrek returns policy

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it to Alpinetrek within 100 days of delivery. Please note that you can only return unused items. They should be in their original packaging with the labels attached.

If you want to exchange an item you purchased in a different size or colour, please return the item and ask for a refund. Once you get the refund, you can place a new order for the item you want. Orders worth less than £75 are subjected to a £3.99 return processing fee. However, orders above £75 are not charged a return processing fee.

You are advised to use the Royal Mail return label for free return shipping. However, if your order is less than £75, the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded. Ensure you check your products upon delivery for possible damage and completeness.

Alpinetrek refer a friend programme?

If you are using a credit card and your purchases are up to $1,500, you can use Mastercard or Visa. If you are using a debit card and your purchases are up to £1,500, you can use Visa Electron, Maestro or Visa Debit. This is to guarantee your security and that of your banking information.  You can also use PayPal to pay for your order.

Please note that orders received by 1 pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.

Will Brexit affect my Alpinetrek order?

Alpinetrek undertook all necessary measures for a smooth transition into 2021 and to ensure timely deliveries. Please note that you can return an order from 2020 provided 100 days have not elapsed since the delivery. Also, Alpinetrek will take care of the customs.
