If you are located in the UK, your order will be delivered within 2-3 days if using Tracked Royal Mail. This will cost you £3.49. You can also opt for the next day delivery via Tracked Royal Mail whereby you will be charged £4.99. If you have an urgent order, opt for the next day delivery by 1 pm. You will have your order by 1 pm the following day, and you will be charged £9.99. If you make an order worth more than £35, your purchases will be delivered at no extra cost.

For international orders, please select your destination country. You will then be given the delivery options available for delivery to your location, the cost and time estimate.

If you are away at the time of the delivery, the courier provider will leave a card with details on when next they will attempt to deliver the products.

WeightWorld Returns Policy

WeightWorld makes it easy for you to return a product if you are unhappy with the purchase.

If you want to return a product to WeightWorld, you can do so within 30 days from the delivery date. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition. Once you have made the return, you will be notified once the item has been received and your refund process initiated. You will be refunded using the original payment method that you used. To ensure that your product arrives in the company, please ensure that you use a trackable courier provider.

If making an international return, it might take longer for the items to get to the WeightWorld warehouse. Please allow for up to 21 days before making a follow-up. Also, remember to use a trackable courier service.
