Student Computers Delivery

Student Computers delivers right to your doorstep. You can either choose to use DPD, Hermes or Royal Mail for delivery.

With the DPD Pickup option, you can collect your parcel from one of 2,500 pick up shops at a fee of £2.95.

To enable you to collect your parcel at your convenience, it will be delivered to your local DPD Pickup shop the next working day.

Delivery to DPD Stores is only done Monday-Friday. To get a store near you, visit the DPD website and get a store through the pick-up locator.

When your order arrives, you will be notified via text message or email with your Pickup Pass and details of the chosen Pickup shop. To collect your parcel, ensure you have the Pickup Pass and Photo ID. If you do not have the Pickup Pass on your smartphone or printed, you will need either your driving license or passport and a utility bill. Please note you cannot use your student ID, bus pass, UK citizen’s ID and a work pass as forms of ID while picking your order from a DPD store.

If you lose your Pickup pass, you can download it from the DPD website by entering your parcel number and your home postcode.

If you are located in the UK Mainland and opt for a DPD Saturday delivery, you will be charged £14.95.

Please note that your parcel will stay at the DPD store for 7 days.

The DPD Pickup option is not available in the Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Ireland.

If you spend a minimum of £5 and you are located in the UK Mainland, your order will be delivered at no extra cost. Your order will take up to 5 working days to arrive.

If you spend less than £5 and you are located in UK Mainland, you will be charged £1.95. Your order will take up to 5 working days to arrive.

If you want to get your order within 2 working days, you will be charged £3.95. This option is only available for UK Mainland residents from Monday- Friday.

For next day EXPRESS deliveries, you will be charged £6.95 with a 4-hour delivery slot. For next day PRIORITY delivery, you will be charged £12.95 for orders made before 12 P.M with a 1-hour delivery slot. These options are also available for UK Mainland residents Monday-Friday.

Deliveries to non-UK Mainland are charged £9.95.

Student Computers offers international shipping to Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, France, Iceland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. International deliveries are charged £19.95.

Student Computers Returns Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please return it to Student Computers.

The company will send you a returns label or arrange for the collection of the damaged product. You can either exchange the item for a similar one or seek a full refund.

If you receive a different item from what you ordered, accept the item and send it back to Student Computers within 14 days.

Student Computers Refer A Friend Programme?
