Planks Clothing is a clothing company that offers skiwear for both men and women. It has a wide range of ski clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, pants, base layer, and more), as well as ski jackets and accessories such as headwear, gloves, and mitts. It was founded in 2007 in the French Alps with the mission of exceeding the expectations of riders worldwide.  

Planks Clothing shipping & handling

Planks Clothing ships its orders worldwide. If ordering to the UK, there are several delivery options available. Royal Mail Standard Delivery will take 3-5 working days, and it's free on orders over £95 (it's only £3.95 for orders under £95). DPD Next Day Tracked Delivery is available for all order before 11 am and it's £6.95, while DPD Saturday Tracked Delivery is £9.95. Delivery times and rates for orders outside of the UK will depend on the destination country and delivery method selected. You'll be responsible for all customs charges, duties, value-added tax (VAT), etc.  

Planks Clothing returns & warranty

If you'd want to return an item, you should do this within 30 days of receiving it. Planks Clothing offers free returns for all UK orders. If you're returning your order outside of the UK, you'll be responsible for all shipping charges. The product you're returning should be unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels and tags intact. Sale items should be returned within 14 days. If you ordered your products online, you can't return them in any of the stores.

All Planks Clothing products come with a 2-year manufacturers warranty against material and manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover any defects caused by normal wear or tear.
